Matt Meredith, Esq., CFP®, is the founder of Meridian Legal Advisors, a next-generation law firm focused on estate planning, tax strategy, and asset protection. As both an attorney and a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he integrates legal, tax, and investment expertise to create strategies that work in practice, not just on paper.
Before founding Meridian, Matt led his own practice, guiding clients through estate planning, probate, tax, and trust administration. He previously held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Securities and Capital One Investing, and today continues to advise clients on integrated-financial strategies through his affiliation with LPL Financial.
Through Meridian, Matt delivers a one-stop solution by uniting legal, tax, and financial disciplines under one roof. He helps families, entrepreneurs, and professionals protect their assets, minimize taxes, and preserve wealth for future generations.
Jason Marino, Esq.
Jason Marino, Esq. is a Non-Equity Partner at Meridian Legal Advisors, focusing on asset protection, estate planning, and business structuring. He helps families, entrepreneurs, and investors safeguard wealth, minimize risk, and plan for lasting legacy through strategies that are both legally sound and practical in application.
At Meridian, Jason oversees asset protection and advanced structuring initiatives, developing tailored strategies for high-net-worth families, business owners, and investors. With more than a decade of legal experience, he combines advanced planning techniques with real-world insight from his background in real estate and business operations.
Before joining Meridian, he represented major domestic and international companies in the real estate and energy sectors, advising on land use, title, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. This experience informs his approach to building comprehensive protection frameworks for clients seeking to preserve and scale wealth. Jason is fluent in Spanish.
Hansel Ramsey Jackson
Hansel Ramsey Jackson is the Chief Operating Officer of Meridian Legal Advisors, bringing over twenty years of leadership in global service delivery, client experience, and operational transformation. She is known for building scalable systems that enhance quality, efficiency, and trust across the client journey.
At Meridian, Hansel directs firm operations and business systems strategy to ensure every client engagement is seamless and results-driven. Her background includes leading enterprise-level transformations in legal services, SaaS, and global support environments, with expertise in workforce optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and KPI-based performance management.
Hansel earned her Bachelor of Liberal Interdisciplinary Studies from Boston University and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
